Course Details
This training is designed for officers and sailors who are assigned specific roles and responsibilities related to the cargo or cargo equipment of tankers for the transport of liquefied gas.
Eligibility
To be eligible for the course the candidate must be in good health, justified by a medical certificate stating the same.
Course Objectives
Upon completion of the course the participant would be equipped to do the following:-
1. Contribute to the safe operation of tankers for transporting liquefied gas
2. Take precautions and safety and health measures at work
3. Carry out fire fighting operations & Respond effectively to an emergency.
4. Take precautions to prevent pollution of the environment from the release of liquefied gases
