Step 4. Final Submission I document for CRA (soft copy of CoC)

Step 02: Upgradation Course at SCMS Marine Trailing Center under guidance of well-experienced faculty and simulator training

1. Valid Passport
2. Seaman’s Book
3. Sea service letter from respective Company
4. Diploma OR Any Degree
5. Valid Liberian Medical Certificate
6. Existing CoC (Officers or Engineers who want to upgrade their CoC)
7. DLP (Distance Learning Programme Certificate) + 18 months sailing (For Freshers)
